Denice Hamilton-Short, CLTC, RSSA has almost two decades of experience helping clients with Medicare and Retirement Planning, assisting thousands of people throughout the State of Ohio.

She is the Founder and Owner of Ohio Senior Insurance and has received several industry accolades during her insurance career.  Beginning with achieving Banker's Life and Casualty Rookie of the Year, as well as a Top Producer from several insurance companies, including the Aetna Frontrunner Award, Medical Mutual Top Producer  and Anthem Mega-Star and most recently Anthem's Top Producer in Northwest Ohio.  She is a respected and seasoned veteran in her field.   

Denice holds a National Certification in Long-Term Care Planning and was inducted into the Senior Market Sales President's Club  in 2022. She has a background in hospital management and corporate experience, which has helped her assist clients with healthcare and financial planning decisions while mentoring new agents.

Over the years, Denice has seen many changes in the Medicare and Financial Planning industry.  She brings that valuable knowledge and insight to those she serves.  She is constantly investing in herself and the Ohio Senior Insurance agents to develop new skills as the industry changes.   

In 2025, Denice also obtained her Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA) designation. 

She is licensed in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Tennessee, Florida, Arizona, and Alabama and plans to expand services and teams across the country.

Denice has two sons, Joshua (daughter-in-law, Aspen) and Matthew.  She is also the proud grandmother to two amazing grandchildren, Elizabeth and Henry.

Kellee Ott, CLTC, RSSA joined Ohio Senior Insurance in 2018.  She quickly built a strong client base through her dedication to education and understanding customers' needs within the Medicare industry.  Kellee now serves hundreds of Ohio Senior Insurance clients throughout Ohio and Michigan.  For her solid effort, Kellee was Awarded the Anthem Rookie Rising Star in 2019 for outstanding service and continues to be a Top Producer for Ohio Senior Insurance. 

This agent continually expands her knowledge to offer a broader range of services and products to her clients during their retirement.  She is certified with the Federal Marketplace/ACA Plans for those healthcare coverage for those under age 65 (and not yet on Medicare.)  She is also certified in Long Term Care Planning and has most recently achieved her Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA) Certification.   

She holds a bachelor's degree in both Accounting and Business Administration. Over 15 years of customer service and real estate experience serves her well at Ohio Senior Insurance.

Kellee is an Independent Licensed Agent with Ohio Senior Insurance and is licensed in Ohio, Michigan, and Florida.

Her passion is helping clients understand their health and wealth options, relieving their stress, and guiding them to the right coverage to meet their needs.

Liz Baldridge joined the team at Ohio Senior Insurance in 2022.  She brings 30 years of customer service experience from the restaurant and hospitality industry to Ohio Senior Insurance. Her background allows her to quickly connect with her clients to learn about their retirement needs. 

As a Medicare Specialist, Liz works with her clients to navigate Medicare, sharing their options from multiple carriers and identifying the differences.  She is available to her clients every step of the way.  From taking that first step to enroll into Medicare; selecting a suitable plan as well as providing Annual Reviews, she provides her clients with peace of mind during retirement.

Liz genuinely values her client relationships, treating them like friends and enjoying regular check-ins with them. She is passionate about helping people save money and ensuring their insurance dollars go as far as possible. Since obtaining her Ohio Insurance License and beginning her career with Ohio Senior Insurance, Liz has found the opportunity to help people with their insurance coverage to be incredibly rewarding.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Todd, their children, and especially their new grandbaby. The family's favorite place to explore is Port Clinton.

Stephanie Wagner joined Ohio Senior Insurance with over 23 years of diverse healthcare experience and a passion for guiding clients through the Medicare process. A native of the Defiance, Ohio area, Stephanie built a strong foundation working in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, hospitals, physician offices, pharmacies, and home healthcare. Her firsthand experience in the healthcare industry gives her a unique perspective and deep understanding of the needs of Medicare-eligible individuals. 

Stephanie specializes in helping clients navigate Medicare with clarity and confidence. Whether it’s Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Part D prescription plans, or supplemental coverage (Medigap), she provides personalized guidance to ensure her clients receive the coverage that best fits their healthcare needs and financial goals. 

Since joining Ohio Senior Insurance, she has become a trusted resource for clients new to Medicare as well as those reviewing their current plans. Her client-focused approach and dedication to simplifying the Medicare process have made her a valued advisor and advocate for the individuals and families she serves. 

Miss Wagner is an Independent Licensed Agent with Ohio Senior Insurance and is licensed in the state of Ohio. 

Her mission is to help clients feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way as they make important decisions about their health coverage.

Amanda Nigh is a Licensed Independent Insurance Agent with Ohio Senior Insurance, proudly serving clients in Ohio and Florida. With over three years of experience in the insurance industry, Amanda is passionate about simplifying complex healthcare and insurance choices for her clients, helping them feel secure and confident in their decisions. 

Amanda brings a strong background in healthcare and nursing home care to her role, along with personal experience assisting family and friends through their own healthcare journeys. These experiences inspired her to pursue a career as a licensed agent, where she now specializes in Social Security Retirement sign-ups, Medicare enrollment, and both Life and Medicare Insurance coverage. 

She has called Ohio home for over 12 years, where she lives with her husband, Bill, and their three children. She is known for her ability to establish lasting relationships with clients, always ensuring they receive insurance solutions tailored to their specific needs and goals. 

In her free time, Mrs. Nigh enjoys gardening, cooking, and volunteering at the Veterans of Foreign Wars local chapter. She is deeply committed to giving back to her community and is proud to be a part of the dedicated team at Ohio Senior Insurance.

Matthew joined the Ohio Senior Insurance Team in 2022 after attending Bowling Green State University majoring in Business Administration. 

Matthew is a dedicated and knowledgeable insurance professional with 3 years of first-hand experience in the life and health insurance industry.  Certified in the Federal Marketplace/ACA insurance program, he is committed to helping individuals and families navigate their health coverage options with confidence and clarity. 

In addition to his ACA expertise, Matthew provides personalized support to Medicare beneficiaries ensuring they understand and select plans that best fit their needs.  He also offers guidance on a variety of life insurance solutions helping clients plan for the future and protect what matters most. 

Matthew continues to develop new skills in the insurance industry and is currently working towards his Investment Advisor designation to further assist his clients. 

Known for his approachable demeanor and attention to detail, Matthew takes pride in providing reliable client-focused service to his clients.

Matthew is an avid sports fan and enjoys golfing at any opportunity.

Wendy joined our team at Ohio Senior Insurance in 2024 with a focus on assisting our clients to resolve any issues they may have with their coverage. She is always happy to provide both existing and new clients with answers to their healthcare questions. Previously she worked for 30 years at Cooper Tire in Findlay with a focus on customer service. 

Wendy is also studying to obtain her license to increase her knowledge and assist our community with their health and life insurance questions. 

Wendy is a native of the Findlay area. Wendy and her husband, Chuck, enjoy spending time with their family and especially the grandchildren.

Kristen has joined our team in an Administrative role. She will be providing support for our agency and clients while studying for her license exam. Originally from Northwest Ohio, she currently resides in Tennessee and will be expanding Medicare services in Tennessee in the future. In the meantime, she will work beside the Ohio Senior Insurance Agency Owner and agents to learn and develop her skills in assisting those with their Medicare and Financial Planning during retirement.
